Q: How do you ship orders?

A: We ship all orders via UPS. Estimated shipping rates for UPS shipping can be found on our pricing page. Also, for rush orders we routinely ship UPS guaranteed 2nd Day and 3rd Day Shipping.

Q: How fast can you get a rush order done?

A: We are able to complete and ship rush orders in up to 48 hours. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to place a rush order.

Q: What is your standard turnaround time?

A: Your order will usually be ready in 7-10 business days from the time that a payment was received.

Q: I have a design/artwork I would like to use for a shirt, but I'm not sure if it's good enough to use for printing. How do I know?

A: First, check our Design Specifications page. If that doesn't answer your questions just send us your design and we'll let you know. You can upload your design from this page.

Q: I have an idea for a design, but need some help creating the actual artwork. Can you do this?

We design shirts for customers all the time. Our design team is highly skilled and knows how to prepare a design for printing purposes. (As an example, our team designed all of the shirts on display at www.iloveantix.com)

Q: I looked through all the catalogs on your site, but couldn't find the type of apparel/product I would like my prints on. Can you get it?

Just because the item you are looking for is not to be found in one of our catalogs does not mean we cannot find it for you. Please let us know what you need and we'll seek out the appropriate distributor.

Q: I got a price quote from another screen printer that seems lower than the prices in your "pricing" section. Does this mean you can't go lower?

You should always contact us with the details of your order to get an EXACT PRICE QUOTE. Our pricing page is only intended to provide you with an estimate of our pricing. If you can provide an invoice of a competing price quote or if you can provide the company name that quoted you we will most likely be able to undercut the quote.
